ADHD Diagnostic Evaluation

$600.00

ADHD Diagnostic Evaluation is designed for children, adolescents, and adults seeking clarity about whether symptoms of Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) are contributing to difficulties with attention, executive functioning, organization, impulse control, emotional regulation, academic performance, or work-related functioning.

The evaluation includes a comprehensive clinical interview, developmental and functional history, standardized ADHD assessment measures, and consideration of other factors that may contribute to or overlap with ADHD symptoms, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, sleep difficulties, and other mental-health concerns. When appropriate, collateral information from parents, partners, teachers, or other relevant individuals may also be incorporated.

Following the evaluation, clients receive diagnostic feedback and recommendations tailored to their individual needs. When ADHD or another qualifying condition is identified, the evaluation may also include documentation of functional limitations and clinically appropriate recommendations for academic, workplace, or other accommodations. Recommendations are based on the individual's documented functional needs and are intended to support participation and access—not to guarantee that a particular accommodation will be approved by a school, employer, testing organization, or other entity.
